"We obtained quotations from some local based pool companies and were very impressed with the speed at which Pool Expert visited our property to discuss our requirements.  They had been recommended by a tradesman who had been working on our house for the past year and we were pleased to see that they used very modern, professional equipment to measure out the area.  Nikolay & Ivo, the owners, were on site all the time it was being dug out, constantly monitoring the situation.  We also like the fact that there was no "hard" salesmanship and in fact where other companies had persuaded us that we might need to do certain things, Pool Expert said that it was just not necessary, which we really liked about them.  The installation itself was carried out during very unusual weather, when there was lots of unexpected and abnormal periods of rain.  We were in regular contact with the office during this time and were recently very impressed with the winterisation & winter cover installation, luckily just before the unexpected snow arrived.  We will continue to discuss our ongoing requirements with the team at Pool Expert and hope to use them again for ideas regarding heating our pool next spring (2015)."
