We offer a traditional Finnish sauna as well as an infrared sauna.

The classic Finnish sauna will impress you with its natural design. It is made from Canadian spruce wood originated from sustainably managed forests. The Canadian spruce is known for its natural beauty and softness, combined with its ability to withstand temperature range.

The Finnish sauna maintains a high temperature, up to 80°C, combined with low humidity. The human body heated in this way is released from all the stress accumulated during the day and recovers very quickly.

Infrared sauna is known for heating the objects themselves, i.e. the human body, not the air.

Therefore, the temperature in the infrared sauna is lower than that in the Finnish sauna - between 40 - 60°C.
