Oval pools

The oval pools consist of hot galvanized steel construction, which is 0, 6 mm thick with additional polyester layer inside and outside. The thickness of the oval pools which are 150cm deep is 0,8mm.

Galvanizing method is used wherever the good corrosion protection and long life are essential.This is the most effective method of protecting metals against corrosion. Hot galvanizing process is interaction between the molten zinc and metal substrate. The molten zinc penetrates into the crystal lattice of the metal and forms a multitude of zinc layers. The rest of the coatings – electrolyte, varnish, plastic etc. aren’t able to ensure such a good protection against corrosion. That is why these coatings are rather decorative than anticorrosive.

The oval pools are installed only in-ground.The construction work consists in casting of concrete bottom and rising two parallel walls of the straight part of the pool. After installed, behind the ellipses should be done backfill with a drier concrete.

The pools are available in three depths – 120cm, 135 cm and 150cm.

The price of the pools listed below include: prefabricated steel construction, PVC membrane and strips for the fixing of the construction.

For the properly working of the pool, you need to add more: filter system, skimmer, inlet nozzles, main drain and ladder.
