As I already wrote, we are very contented with our pool. You consulted us adequately for the pool, how to heat it, for the materials and we are very grateful to you.

We weren’t sure for the heat pump, but it was the best option for Koprivshtitsa and with minimum cost. The solar heating was not an option, because in Koprivshtitsa is not so warm. Water heating with pellets was the more expensive option. The consumption of the heat pump wasn’t high, because the heat pump worked the first 3 days until the water was warm and then worked only to maintain 30 degrees.

In a word, we didn’t make a mistake that we chose BG Handel to construct the first and only pool in Koprivshtitsa. The pool has an absolute success in the months from May to September. Bearing in mind that Koprivshtitsa is at 1060 meters above sea level and the summer is very cool, the water in the pool was very pleasant and the hotel worked with its full capacity during the three months. Our investment returned to us only in one summer.

Only the water treatment was difficult for us. I mean, we were not aware of how to treat the water but gradually we have learned it and I hope for the next summer everything will be clear to us and we will have no problems. Your employees were very kind to advise us and explain us every time we need.

Our investment has a great success thanks to BG Handel.
