Solar Absorbers

Solar absorbers are a good investment in the time of constantly increasing price of energy sources. Due to the solar absorbers you can prolong the season of swimming in the pool and you can also use the pool during cool weather.

The solar absorbers are made from polypropylene. This material is heat-resistant and cold-resistant.

The necessary quantity and size of the absorbers depends on the position of the swimming pool, the availability of solar cover, the desired temperature of the water. The situation of the absorbers must be in the south and close to the swimming pool in order to reduce the loss of heat. They could be mounted on the roof as well as on the ground.

There is no need of additional pump, unless the mounting of the absorbers will be on a roof higher than 10 m.

The proportion between the surface of the absorbers and the surface of the pool need to be min. 50 %( better 75 %).

Example: If you have an open-air swimming pool with dimensions 8 x 4= 32 m2. In this case the minimum surface of the absorbers must be 16 m2, but better will be if it’s 24 m2.
